      Pros

      Entry level work. Easy to get in and get started.

      Cons

      Every aspect of upper management is constantly changing because of the high turnover rate. Even the VP’s of departments change every year. It makes you feel like the company is sliding out of control and there isn’t any fixing it. Working as an agent is alright but if you plan on moving up in the company, prepare for a world of disorganization and being overworked.
