Pros
They will hire anybody off the street. If you need a job you will 100% get one here as long as you agree to work anytime between 6:00am-2:00am, 365 days/year.
Cons
Went from 9 hour shifts to 7 hour shifts without notice even though they send out hundreds of emails about nothing on a daily basis and they are still rolling out new classes of trainees. My shifts have been different start time/ end times its never been consistent. The "family" atmosphere they speak of is nonexistent. My advice to you is, if you have a car, go to Nordia in Orillia. The pay is way better and cash bonuses for things like average handle time etc. This place treats you like you need the job, not they need you - even if your scores are amazing, you will not get a raise!!
