Pros

starting pay is good and as long as your good you will get your pay increase.

Cons

HORRIBLE TRAINING AND HORRIBLE TRAINERS EVER! systems always going down, managers (and floor support) avoid sup calls or act busy and forget about you so your stuck with angry customers that give you bad surveys.
