Pros

Wage for bilingual is good. People were friendly. The incentives are good. (Air miles program) I also met some nice people in my training class.

Cons

Long interview process. Bad Training hours (230pm-1130pm) Training is out of date! Trainer was all over the map jumping from one thing to another and back. Lots of distractions from team leaders who should be working on the floor. They would just randomly walk in the room. Trainer would walk out if room often.
