Pros

It’s an easy job not a lot of training needed once you get the knowledge it’s easy

Cons

Horrible company to work for. No holidays off. Management is horrible. A lot of complaints have been made nothing has been done. A lot of favoritism. Will except the for you to change career paths taking more calls but with the same pay.
