      Pros

      The pay is among the highest for the financial account in metro manila. The targets are achievable, however quite hard to make top money, i.e basic is 25k, your bonus depends on how well you perform. The people are good, friendly and clean. Training is good.

      Cons

      Hr needs a revamp. Benefits leave much to be desired. Most financial accounts give 15 sick and 15 VL. This company gives only 8 and 8. The facilities are old , the workload is high, yet tolerable.,
