Pros

Paid five or six week training, friendly environment. Paid Time Off. Some benefits. Schedule- you don't have to work during the weekend. There are not any sales goals. Co-workers are really great at planning potlucks. They give recognition for the little things.

Cons

Bathrooms are always gross. Attendance during training is somewhat strict. Training goes by fast, so always ask questions if you have a question. If you work here for a while, the job itself can start to feel like it is monotonous and well, kind of boring, because you're just taking calls. There are two locations and they're both on the far east side. They schedule your breaks and lunches. Compliance personnel will check to see if your badge is visible and if you're wearing it. As with any employer in El Paso, there is drama and favoritism.
