Pros

The people that you work with are wonderful. (ie- CSR's and Management). Work hours are nice. Some paid holidays.

Cons

Unless you have scheduled your sick day, it will count against you in everything, as will all unscheduled time off.. ( IE-Rankings in the job bids, pay increases, and can lead to termination). You will be micromanaged. There are times, that you will not be allowed to work your entire shift if there are more people scheduled than calls. You are not paid for that time.
