Pros
I cant think of any good reason to work here, depending on the program the incentives can be decent.
Cons
Pretty much everything, you are a 3rd party vendor if you worked for their vendors directly you would make 40-50% more per hour doing the same job with better benefits, if you aren't in management you are expendable beyond belief. Near impossible to move up even with management experience at previous call centers, very much a who knows who environment.
