Pros

Clearing the interview is very easy if you know someone from HGS

Cons

Unprofessional HRs Bad quality of processes followed. Company never tries to keep the workforce happy. They just want the work to be done Not much employee benefits. They can terminate your employment for the lamest reason you can come across. The HR is well trained to handle terminations, but not to handle employee morale.
