Pros

Very limited pros..You will get leaves once you are tenured enough (8 months+)

Cons

Poor salary, bad hr policies, high work pressure and you will be asked to do things you did not sign up for!(for ex:- you will be asked to do outcalling as per the voice process standards eventhough you were told that you'll be in a non voice process)
