Pros

- 14th month Pay - leaves and healthcard for dependents can be converted to cash every quarter

Cons

- chaotic management - delayed pay of incentives - slow processing of COE requests and other documents - untimely payment of benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig (though they deduct it out of our salary every month. - slow salary increase - no sit-down session with your boss regarding your Annual Performance Review. You will just be shocked that your scores that your boss rated you for did not meet the standard score. - extremely low salary - unfair pay for everyone hired externally for the same position. One trainer had a salary of 38k, the other 36k, another 30k, one trainer I know who was a 6 Sigma brown belter got only 27k. We were all hired with less than 6 mos difference.
