Pros
Great people, They have an awesome office culture with lots of benefits. They are highly involved in the local community. There are also lots of in-office seminars and Lunch-learns.
Cons
Work Load and expectations are very team dependent, often with one team routinely pulling 60 hour weeks. My understanding is this is a side effect of an extremely high turnover rate on that team. This is something of a Cycle .There is little opportunity to grow out the team, so people are always leaving, then others get overwhelmed, and the managers do not have the resources to help because the team is short-staffed.
