Pros
Decent pay and a lot of overtime if you need extra money. Some incentives to work hard like steak lunches if the minimum budget is met every month and bonuses twice a year.
Cons
Bad management and favoritism towards workers that are disruptive, aggressive, and unreliable. Not a lot of room for growth. If you ask for a raise they will tell you to work more overtime instead.
