      Pros

      Give you a 40% hike. What we call an interview, this company has orientation in place of it. Free time, work on your startup and earn money

      Cons

      HIgher management has no vision, thinking, and management skills. CEO fails in what to do i.e. how to run a company. Business Heads with no knowledge of coding/design are giving design advice to highly achieved designers based on aesthetic beauty. They said Housing is begging you to buy them out. I doubt guys if you outlive housing.com

      Pros

      The only best reason to work in hdfc developers (HDFC RED ) is money. You can get good package without much fight.

      Cons

      I have no word for the compan, one of the worst working enviornment. There is no place for employee satisfaction. In the name of employee welfare program they only have tasteless tea & cofee. Employee have to stay till 8-9, it doesn't matter they have work or not. You have to spend 10 -12 hour in office without any work. I am requesting to the reader of the review, if you really want to do something good in your life never ever join the company only because it has HDFC brand name & package. Soon you'll realize that its one of your biggest mistake.

      Time will easily pass ...you will not understand when you have completed a year or two .

      Cons

      Management is very week . No Motivation . No growth for good candidates .
