Pros
They do encourage education and career advancement. Raulerson likes to diversify employee skills. Good employee benefits. Most of the time they are understanding of family and personal issues. Good scholarship programs. You get to meet new nurses and pca's because employees quit often.
Cons
Assign to many patients. ****Way over micro-managed****. Needed equipment is always broken or missing, and it seems its never repaired. Management bows down to corporate and its like they no longer think for themselves, although in the past it was different. A majority of the nursing staff are always of being fired due to being over loaded with patients and not being able to be a nurse, but a production line person continually worrying about staying with the clock.
