HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital interview questions

Robert Lee was very condescending and demeaning. Asking questions about how I would handle situations and previous experience. Which wouldn't be a problem except he has absolutely no experience in my field whatsoever yet he was acting like he knew everything. I tried my hardest not to give him that look of "is this guy this stupid or is he actually serious". He demands to interview every single person applying for a job yet he has no knowledge of the careers of anyone. That's like me interviewing a NASA astronaut before he gets hired, I'm definitely not qualified to do that. Just like he isn't qualified to interview a nurse, a lab tech, or a pharmacist. He needs to stop trying to micro manage everything, it's embarrassing.
