      - world-class engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) company -mixed experiences with career advancement and management -joint venture between Rolls-Royce and HAECO -state-of-the-art facility in Hong Kong

      Pros

      -It is a company for people that likes OT everyday -30 hkd meal at canteen -free coke, milk tea and coffee during summer time

      Cons

      -Bad training structure -Hierarchy management, very bad for career progression. -A refer scheme that invite friends and relatives is the worst scheme ever, lots of low-motivated, low working ethics, non-engineering background people joined the team.
