      Good for overtime, but poor training and management

      -It is a company for people that likes OT everyday -30 hkd meal at canteen -free coke, milk tea and coffee during summer time

      Cons

      -Bad training structure -Hierarchy management, very bad for career progression. -A refer scheme that invite friends and relatives is the worst scheme ever, lots of low-motivated, low working ethics, non-engineering background people joined the team.

      1. No structured physical engine training to newcomers. 2. If you can do, you do more. Bad working culture with mentally killed people insanely overtime and treat people in unwelcoming manner. 3. Very steep career ladder, if you expect an engineer role, expect 15 years or more.
