      Pros

      The expectations are fair and management is transparent with its employees. I am amazed at how productive my department has been and it is truly due to wise leadership. The HR Dept is wonderful- the entire attitude is positive and helpful. I’ve not had better insurance, PTO, & pay in my experience. They truly have raised the bar for me. I just couldn’t be more proud of my company.

      I wish more folks had the same opportunity.

      It was a great company to work for.

      Cons

      There was some compliance issues that needed to be addressed. Some of the old mechanics were used to doing things the way they "had always done them" same thing with training and other managers rather than reading the manuals so it led to customer issues. It could have definitely been avoided. AAR Corp took over and just laid off all the good people who were trying to make positive changes rather than interviewing anyone. So now they are stuck with all the ones that are in that "lets keep doing it the way we have always done it mindset". If they dont sell it or break it down for parts - I will be surprised.
