- Great bunch of colleagues both within and out of the department - All stakeholders from all levels are very approachable and supportive - Standards are high in sales but also pays well if you can do the job - Onsite parking available with no weekend work - Team building holidays, xmas parties and summer social events - The business always support growth and celebrate achievements - People are genuinely happy here which is the most important

- None because the company has always listened and cared about my thoughts/suggestions. - Staff forums happen every quarter where staff suggestions are heard and things are put in place to make it a better work place. - I say "Cartridge People, where the dreams are made" because in all the years I've worked here, I have seen relationships blossom, Cartridge People babies, people achieving things in their personal life through the help and support of the business. Loyalty runs through people here from serior levels to the lower level staff - you won't be able to tell who's the boss because it's that humble here. Bottom line, if you are a good person with a good work ethic and good morals, you would be the perfect fit for this company.

- Could do with soundproofing / modernising some of the rooms - although I believe this is on the cards - No other negatives spring to mind as the business have always listened to staff suggestions and put measures in place to make it a better workplace
