Pros

• Learning oriented • Perks, benefits, allowance, etc. • Approachable staff

Cons

Heavy workload, you’re expected to stay up till odd hours to complete the work without any compensation. Sometimes even expected to work on weekends. Constant track of your activity for every minute, they expect you to be productive for complete 8 hours and work continuously without a breather. System issues too often for which you’re expected to compensate by changing your shift times on short notice with no compensation for the same. Sometimes you have to compensate for the whole 8 hours even though you have showed up to work. There’s a time tracker and quality checker already but you are still expected to give reports of non core activity without missing a single minute. Unhealthy work life balance and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values personal and work life balance. Situation can get toxic pretty quick.

Very clear career track and progression. Trainings around the country are fun

Cons

This role is definitely a stepping stone so do not expect much personal responsibility or decision making
