Pros

- comfortable office environment with a start up vibe. - flexible work schedule - tons of company events - co workers are some of the best in the business. This is indicative of their numbers which everyone can see. Full transparency and honesty is a big tenant in this company - competitive pay with huge earning potential - not your typical recruiting agency. You can be yourself here. Whatever approach you have to this job. Go for it. As long as you produce. - the CEO's are approachable and always on hand for mentoring and coaching or whatever else you need. - coworkers are incredibly supportive and generally care about your well being. - I am relatively new to the company. And the other glassdoor reviews here that are negative are not a reflection at all of this company. Everyone is honest and upfront about everything. If you have a problem here just ask. People are willing to help. We have a fun office setting, one that would be hard to top.

Cons

- not so much a con of the company but a con when it comes to being a recruiter, there are emotional highs and lows with this job. Rejection is a constant thing. Like any company. You're expected to produce. Produce. And you're fine. But they have a ton of safety nets in place to ensure your success. Coaching and training and mentorship are all here. If you want to do this job. You can develop the tools to do it here. But recruiting isn't for everyone.
