      Clients are amazing, teammates really step up to support one another, and leadership is willing to have hard discussions. Lots of change over the last few years makes for turnover but it's all growth for the better.

      Cons

      nonprofit organization so wages are limited to reimbursement rates and such.

      Pros

      Depending where you are seeking to go, you can meet some real great folks. You really are helping people, a lot of the clients are there for life so you are making an impact.

      Cons

      Turnover rate is high. I’ve had multiple people leave the team I was on as well as had changes in Supervisor. It was hard to make a connection and maintain it because of these changes.
