Pros
Rational decision making, honest customer communications, and a great culture make this a place worth making a career. People and relationships are valued highly. We tend to avoid the death marches that are typical in a lot of Silicon Vally companies, and think rationally about how to deal with problems.
Cons
Growth poses a challenge as we have to service more and more customers and deal with a larger set of products and services. The pressure is somewhat higher following our recent IPO.
