- Lack of women / racial Diversity in leadership - Promotion slow at junior levels (expect you to work at SC / MC for 1-3 years before promotion) - Pay increases poor after entry, try to enter as high as possible (NEGOTIATE - ITS NORMAL) - No Bonuses for Junior Staff starting 2026 - Performance ratings often tied to financial EOY stuff not actual performance
