      Pros

      They get pretty good deals, and you are given a lot of responsibility. Overall, if you want to learn and be involved, it's a good place

      Cons

      The culture there isn't the best, and they work you very very hard. But I guess the same can be said for any and all investment banks

      lots of opportunities to work on deals across multiple groups; great team and firm culture - genuinely seem to look out for the best path for you to succeed

      typical banking gripes - lackluster hours; non-deal work is annoying
