First round was a phone call with an MD. Pitched a stock idea and bond idea. Asked why I wanted to move here from another type of role. Overall good process.

Tell me about yourself. Why Guggenheim? What teams would you be interested?
The process began with several coffee chats, followed by a Superday featuring four distinct interviews. This included one technical assessment alongside three sessions focused primarily on behavioral and cultural fit.
Nothing out of the ordinary And things moved pretty quickly after the recruiter phone screen. First a round with the manager, then another round with manager + team leads, then a final round with director. All done via teams
