Groupon is a deeply flawed company from top to bottom. The pay is insulting, and the commission structure is designed so most reps will never realistically hit it. Management turnover is constant—every single manager I’ve had either quit out of frustration or was pushed out by leadership. Instead of investing in employees or improving the business model, the company cycles through people and burns them out. It’s a revolving door where hard work isn’t rewarded, morale is consistently low, and the future feels nonexistent.
