      Pros

      - Hybrid working - Nice office location (UK) - Work life balance is decent

      Cons

      - Managers are not held to account for their behaviour and can do as they please - They have people sitting in leadership positions that don't have a clue what they are doing - Benefits are poor! - Bonus is rubbish especially if the company isn't meeting their target - Workplace culture is next to none - They have a get with the program attitude or leave. It's either their way or no way. Not open-minded.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
