      They hook you with the salaries and there’s nothing else they can offer

      Cons

      The manager hasnt changed for a while. No growth. Management doesn’t think there is a flaw in the system. Rather they’re never wrong. The hiring and firing is just way too quick!

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
