      Great dedicated team there for many years (who are left). Was decent work life balance. Hybrid or remote. Fun people.

      Cons

      Board oversight lacking when they had Kedar in CEO role. Now owned essentially by private equity. Only money matters. No culture focus.

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
