      Pros

      They provided additional benefits for completing production more than target. 6th day pay, many benefits related to payment introduced when I worked there in 2014.

      Cons

      Worst management. They dont know how to handle people and too much politics. Most of the upper management was removed from organisation due to this reason.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
