      Pros

      Flexible, adaptable, and a great example of what the "new corporate" should and I think eventually will be. Gone are the egos of the Corporation, and present is everyone's commitment to being part of something bigger than themselves.

      Overwhelming pace, no 401K company match.

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
