Replacing legacy systems with cloud-based solutions is a forward-thinking approach that aligns well with current industry standards. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the use of Asana to track all projects. This creates a high level of transparency, allowing everyone to stay aligned and work more efficiently. The leadership team is approachable and highly focused on achieving impact and results, which fosters a productive and supportive work environment. Overall, it has been a very rewarding experience so far.
