Pros

-Decent Health Insurance (However, will get much worse in 2025 due to higher out of pocket costs and deductibles). -Hybrid/Remote work, if eligible.

Cons

-I wish I had more nice things to say, but the new management has completely run this place into the ground. -Feedback is asked for but NEVER acted on. This is a huge change from where Groupon was several years ago. -Everything comes from the top down, where upper management members who are making decisions (overseas) have zero grasp on how the day to day business actually is operating, the diminishing level of merchant satisfaction and engagement, and how their sales organization is under-compensated and unmotivated. -The vast majority of sales reps do not hit their goal and do not earn commissions (as of Q4 2024) due to unrealistic targets and lack of sales support.

Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
