      Ready to use new technology Good scope of learning cutting edge technology Nice team members very supporting manager

      Cons

      Decision making is poor. Always be ready for last minute change from upper management. No team outing or goodies or festive gifts. No extra pay for on-call but keep paging in odd hours , holiday and weekends.
