      Good team and supportive Manager Lot of opportunities to learn and up-skill yourself Good Salary structure Work-life balance apart from On-call

      Cons

      Company keeps changing their vision and no proper roadmap or planning Rigorous and impromptu decision leads to lot of chaos No team outing or goodies or festive gifts. No extra pay for on-call but keep paging in odd hours , holiday and weekends.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
