      Groupon offers an excellent work-life balance, The tech stack is truly impressive The team is incredibly supportive and talented, making it a pleasure to be part of.

      Cons

      The hiring process tends to be lengthy. Upper management often sticks to their own decisions and isn’t always open to feedback No OT on On-call even on weekends, lack of in-prompt decision making leads to repetitive works.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
