      Freedom to share and implement your ideas, freedom to grow and move into different departments and specializations. There is a start-up vibe that is rare in companies this size. The recent transformation has enabled many mid-level employees to have more of a stake in the companies future, and the current leadership team is clearly here for the long-term, vested in actual success.

      Cons

      Constant Challenges; not an enviroment for those who want to 'coast' or simply follow a process map. You will need to break down silos, barriers, and be vocal.

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
