Pros

great benefits that they grant immediately, unlimited vacation, slick in technology and office look, lots of young, fun people. nice to be part of a growing and "sexy" company. The company isn't afraid to do things its own way so no stuffy corporate feel.

Cons

Changed from a fun and innovative place that was excited by the growth, to a total grind where its all about the almighty dollar and squeezing every cent from sales people. They foster an unnaturally competitive environment where people who bring in the most money are treated like gods and those that just bring in lots of money are treated as subhuman. The worst part is it's all luck based on when you got in and what market you have been assigned to work on (the product has attracted so much buzz a monkey could sell it) So they mistake blind luck for talent. It is also growing so fast that there is a total lack of communication. Major changes happen all the time and it can feel like you're always doing things wrong because no one ever told you that things have changed.

Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
