Pros

I enjoy that I can work from home. I am able to have a good work-life balance.

Cons

The cons are growing by the week. 1. They will micro manage you until they know what time you are going to the bathroom each day. 2. Deals are not selling = you are not making money 3. You are not allowed to have an outside opinion regarding anything and will be told that you will be "let go" if you do not conform to the "yes ma'am" mentality they require.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
