It's a place for high achiever and those who work hard. Expect to work more than the regular hours but your hard work will be paid off. Also you have the freedom of speech, which means you can voice out your opinion freely and it will be take into account.
Cons
Company structure is too volatile. There is no clear view on the career path as well.
