Pros
Relaxed dress code and plenty of young people in the office. Free Diet Coke is also a plus.
Cons
I was conned into a dead-end position that is likely to be cut soon. Unfortunately, NO ONE in management has told anyone about it. The only answer they give is "we don't know." Expectations are unrealistic, management is uninformed and naive, and promotions are based on who you're friends with.
