Pros

Flexible scheduling (in some departments) unlimited sick and vacation days, pretty great benefit package when I was there, casual dress, cool looking office, free drinks, nice volunteer opportunities, good breakfast burritos in the employee cafe.

Cons

Poor management, inexperienced staff (including management), low pay, lack of communication, forced happy work environment, unlimited sick and vacation days (lots of people don't use them, if you do use them, pressure from boss not to take too many, no pay out when laid off), low morale, lots of layoffs, angry customers, immature atmosphere in most departments (happens when younger employees a lot).

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
