Pros

Relaxed, friendly atmosphere in most teams, good office location

Cons

Used to be chaotic, but fun. Now is just chaotic. "Flexible" office policy is becoming not-so-flexible. We need to come to the office even if we spend most of that time on calls with our international teammates. At the same time they keep reducing the office budget. Lots of micromanagement in an attempt at making people accountable which only results in a lot of meaningless communication that is full of fluff and ChatGPT-powered purple prose (ironically leadership is very vocal about not wanting fluff but at the same time every quarter they come up with another over-engineered project framework and can't stop talking about using AI for everything). Leadership makes drastic changes and then acts surprised. Then once things start to normalize, they make another drastic change. And of course, regular layoffs. Sooner or later you're either laid off or left to deal with the mess since there was no proper handover and no one knows what to do. It's really difficult to make sense out of it (and I've seen a lot)

Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
