Pros

Too much cons to even consider to share any pros

Cons

- crazy micromanagement: Felt dystopian to a certain extent (writing hour by hour what you are doing, summaries of achievement every week plus extensive documentation of tasks Progress in Asana), you feel like you have to constantly explain all the time what you are doing and why it is taking this amount of time - mean CMO, saying things like „I am sorry not sorry for being not nice to you guys”, pushing people too hard, toxic, dysfunctional behaviour - I feel lately that my manager is like „kapo” in the concentration camp - this is of course kind of a metaphor and exageration but somehow it has started to come to my mind during interactions with her - generally: toxic, exploiting people, extremely frugal (lately they asked employees in Warsaw office to unpack the dishwasher, at the same time office is filthy, computers - old and crashing) - to few people to do the job which results in mess, lack of documentation you can rely on

Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
