Pros
Casual dress code, people not at management level are very friendly and great fun. Amazing stepping stone to learn about the industry and best practices.
Cons
Terrible micro-management, directors basically do the jobs of their employees. Constant finger-pointing atmosphere where mistakes are scrutinized and held over employees' heads. The products are sub-par and the company refuses to spend resources on proper consumer testing and advertising, so the brands are not competitive in the market. Total and anal dependence on "processes" that slow everybody down. Management has a "know-it-all" attitude and is very hierarchical, you need to learn how to manipulate people in order to get what you want. HR is NOT on the employee's side, and employees have poor benefits and low salaries. No opportunity to move up or grow
