      Pros: 1) Great people and culture - the principles care about you and there are lots of fun social events. Still have great relationships with the people there and have nothing bad to say about anyone. 2) Lots of support, they want to see you succeed! And are very accommodating to your professional development and growth! 3) Hybrid! 4) Good compensation

      Cons: 1) The work was just not for me, but everyone is different and there are a lot of people who do enjoy it!
