Pros
One of the best experiences I've had at a workplace. Awesome co-workers, great environment, and a truly great mission. If you're looking for a fun and challenging place to work, this is the place to be. The company does a great job to create a family-like environment and will push you to become your best. Your work will be noticed, recognized, and appreciated. Not many companies can create such a positive atmosphere as they do at Grokker. From top-down, everyone is treated as a valuable asset to the company. They're also growing at a rapidly fast pace and partnering with some of the largest companies in the world, so if you're lucky enough to get in, don't waste the opportunity. Not to mention, work from home Wednesdays (if COVID ever ends) and free lunch daily. You'll also get to travel and have a blast at the company events! There is a reason why Grokker was included in the small businesses "Best Places to Work" in 2020.
Cons
Honestly, I cannot think of any cons here. If you don't like a lot of work, then this may not be the place for you. Grokker is still growing, so you're going to get the typical startup type issues on the logistics/technical side, but as this team grows, there will be less and less of that - and growing they are.
